Our centre houses a range of independent practices under one roof, including general practice, dentistry, optometry, physiotherapy, and mental health. Our practitioner mix evolves over time — visit our home page for the current line-up.

Most of our practitioners accept major South African medical aid plans. Please WhatsApp the specific practice you'd like to visit to confirm your scheme is accepted before your appointment.

Monday to Friday: 8am to 6pm. Saturdays: 8am to 2pm. Closed Sundays. Individual practitioners may have their own scheduling — confirm via WhatsApp.

Yes. Each practice has its own practitioner, and you can WhatsApp them directly using the numbers listed throughout the site. We'll always do our best to accommodate your preference based on availability.

We do not offer emergency services. In a medical emergency, please dial 10177 (South African ambulance) or visit your nearest emergency room. Our centre handles scheduled and same-day non-emergency consultations.
